Well I can hardly believe it myself, but Lindsay is 3 YEARS OLD! And as so many people had warned me, three is a LOT harder than the “terrible twos”. Wow. Everything is a drama, reprimands are horrible injustices, and the days are filled with crying, whining, and taking away privileges.
No, it’s not all that bad. There’s a ton of that, but it’s also so fun to see her making her own opinions of things regardless of what I tell her, and coming up with such grown up observations on such a constant basis now. She had three days of parties here, so I definitely got my money’s worth out of the princess decorations and table wear I bought. 
On Sunday we had a family party for her, and then on Tuesday and Wednesday, we had her playgroups over for some little celebrations and dress up fun. The kids all had a blast, so it was worth cleaning up all of the cupcake crumbs two days in a row! You can see some of the pics I snapped here, and hopefully I can get Chloe, Carrie, and Peggy to post the pics they took as well in the near future. Stay tuned…

Wow! Three years old already! Where has all the time gone? It seems like just yesterday we came to her one-year old party. These kids grow up too dang fast!
