Blaaaaaahhhhhhh.

Ok, so not only is packing the most "not-fun-thing" in the universe,
but it’s made even more unbearable when you have a final deadline of
two days, and you attempt it with a 103 fever and so much crap filling
your lungs that the constant hacking makes you want to throw up.
So Not Fun.

Don’t ask me why I had to get sick right before our
big move.  Things always seem to happen that way don’t they?
When it rains it pours, or so they say.  Feels more like a
freakin’ hurricane to me.  ;)

This illness came down
like a ton of bricks Monday morning, and has only gotten worse as time
progresses.  I’m really hoping I’m seeing the worst of it, and
that I’ll be better by Saturday morning, when I have to get up at an
ungodly hour and drive the five or six hours to Portland.  Boy
could that be a fun drive.

Mostly I’m hoping that nobody I was around at Christmas gets
sick as well.  I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, especially the
kiddos!  At least Lindsay is with Memere and Pepere this week,
reducing her risk of catching this nastiness.  And I’m really
hoping that by breastfeeding Emery, I’m passing on whatever antibodies
I’m using to fight this bug (if I’m using any at all, of course).
;)   Well, I’m done with my "break from packing to whine to
the internet".  Better get back to it.

Hope everyone else is having a happy and healthy holiday!

Quit your belly aching and finish packing. No breaks! You have to get ready to move your butt back down here.

Nothing else is important. Suck it up and take one for the team.

ps. I hope you feel better :P

Oh Sweetie, sorry the cruds followed you home. Lindsay has a little runny nose but she hasn’t slowed down at all!

And I’ll smack Sim when I see him. Unfeeling clod!!! (just kidding)

    ;o)

    Feel better soon!

Oh no! That’s no good at all. Must be the stress weakening your immune system. Oh well, it will all be over soon. And we are gonna be there to help you with the unpacking! Just let me know when you need us, and we are there!

Ok, it just hit me: YOU ARE REALLY COMING BACK!!! I AM SO EXCITED!
