Well, I’m being positive and hoping that the house deals are going
to go as planned, and that we’ll be moving into our new house in
Beaverton in less than a month! Once again, keep your finger
crossed for us. I know they’re probably getting sore by now, but
just a few more weeks ok?
Apart from the torturous, unending
packing, my days have seemed empty this week, as Lindsay is staying
with her Memere and Pepere. They took her home with
them on Sunday, and we’ll pick her back up sometime this weekend I’d
imagine. While this has given me a much easier time packing, I
miss her sooooooo much! Every morning, I miss her hugs and her
high little voice waking me up. I miss having lunch with her and
reading with her for breaks in between packing. It’s amazing how
much a part of you they become, even at this young age. The house
definitely seems very empty, and not just from packing stuff up.
:( Yes, Emery has kept me company, but it’s just not the same
yet, as he can’t talk or move around. ;) But his smiles and
squeals have certainly helped to lessen the void. I’m getting as
much done as I can while Lindsay’s gone, so that she won’t have to be
so neglected when she comes back.
I put a new gallery
of pics on today, with a few of Emery and Lindsay and I just hanging
out on a cold snowy day last week, and the rest are of the new house in
Beaverton that Barney took during our inspection, so you can get a
little preview. Enjoy!
Oh!! You mean Lindsay will have to leave us?!? I suppose it was inevitable. I understand about you missing her. She is a Sweetheart.
Thanks for the inside house pics. Looks very nice.
Yeah! You are moving back! I am so excited! And don’t you worry, all my fingers (and toes!) are crossed for you. I cannot wait to have my best friend back! Yeah!!
