I just posted a TON of pics for your viewing pleasure.
Barney’s parents came to visit this weekend and we had a blast as
always. The guys went golfing a lot of the time, which is nice,
because Barney never really has anyone to go with up here, and Dodo and
Lindsay and I went shopping, walking, to the park, and just hung out at
the house.
Saturday evening, Barney and I snuck away on our
own to go out for a nice dinner at a restaurant on the bay. We
planned to go to a movie afterwards, but just like what happened last
time we tried to stay out late, we ended up being so full and tired
after dinner, that we just ended up going home. Aren’t we
romantic? ;) It was still really nice to get out alone
together though, and good for Lindsay to have someone else put her to
bed.
After Dodo and Jerry left Sunday afternoon, we took a family nap and then went for a nice bike ride in the beautiful weather. Before returning to the car, we took a little detour to the park and had some fun goofing off there for a little while.
Overall a near perfect weekend. God I sound so cheery. But I can’t help it, I am.
